    If you’re planning a ceremony with all the bells and whistles, then this is the package for you. You’ll receive an endless supply of ideas, creative touches, modern elegance and a ceremony filled with a bucketload of romance.

    All you have to do is tell me about the fairytale and I will make it a reality. Let your imagination run wild and we’ll create the perfect ceremony. This package has no boundaries.

    Sometimes being legally married to the person you love is more important than an elaborate ceremony. Tick the legalities off the list and celebrate after the ceremony at your chosen date and time.

    • Optional ring exchange.

The wedding process

  • We get the ball rolling.

    First up, let's have a no-obligations, informal chat about things. If you have a good feeling about me, we’ll get the ball rolling. In preparation for the next step, we need a minimum of 30-days notice to get you married, unless a shortening of time is permissible. I'll start by sending you the Notice of Intended Marriage and the information kit and questionnaire to get the info I need to understand your situation and dream for your celebration. I will obtain a deposit from you at this time.

  • Coffee or wine? You just let me know.

    Next, we’ll have a catch up face-to-face to go through some of your ceremony ideas and piece together your ceremony from the info kit and questionnaire responses. At this time, we will complete and sign the Notice of Intended Marriage and I will sight your identification and any other documents that may be required. 

  • Pre-ceremony prep.

    Prior to the ceremony, I'll send you a draft and final draft of the ceremony script and confirm all the ceremony details. It’s at this time that we confirm all the information contained in the ceremony script is correct and you are happy with how the ceremony will be conducted. Any changes can be made at this time.

  • Rehearsal and final catch-up.

    Prior to the big day, we'll do a dress-rehearsal or run through with the people who will be involved in the ceremony, if you wish. At this time, I will also get you to sign the Declaration of no legal impediment to marriage and finalise all the details, including the ceremony script.

  • The big day!

    I'll be at the venue 45 to 60 mins prior to the ceremony to set up and make sure everything is in place. I'll touch base with everyone involved in the ceremony to make sure they are all comfortable and know what is required of them and when. If we're doing a surprise ceremony, I'll mingle with the guests and make myself inconspicuous. Once I get the signal, we'll get the ceremony under way.

    After the ceremony, you, your witnesses and I will sign the marriage certificates and any other legal documents to make it all official.

  • My duties continue.

    The week after the ceremony, I'll send off your legal docs to Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) in the state you are married and keep you posted on the progress. I would love to share a few happy snaps and reminisce about the big day.  I'll also send you a feedback questionnaire and would love to hear back from you.

    A free, no-obligation meeting with me to discuss your ceremony requirements. This is a perfect time to learn about me and hear what I do and see if I am the right celebrant for you. We can do this in person, over a coffee or a wine, over the phone, Skype or email (whatever suits you).

  • As often as you like.

    Unlimited meetings to discuss and plan your ceremony in detail and complete the required paperwork – in person or for those far away Skype, phone or email.

  • So I can deliver.

    A unique and personal ceremony reflecting you and your relationship.

  • And offer ideas.

    A comprehensive resource kit of ceremony ideas, ways to get creative, vows and music suggestions, ideas on how to include your guests and ideas on what works best at the venue you are holding your ceremony at.

  • I come equipped!

    Use of my high quality, portable, wireless sound system and wireless, hand-held microphones to ensure everyone can hear what’s going on.

  • I'll sort the paperwork.

    Supply, preparation and lodgement of all legal documents to register your marriage.

  • And pronounce you wed!

    Solemnisation of your marriage (that is, performance of your legal wedding ceremony).

  • I go here and there.

    Travel to and from your ceremony venue and other meetings. 

  • 'Til it's official.

    Couple’s Marriage Certificate presented on your wedding day.

  • We're in this together.

    Unlimited telephone and email communication up until your ceremony date, and assistance to guide you through the entire planning process.

  • All the way through.

    Assistance in applying for your Official Marriage Certificate following your ceremony.

  • It will be fun!

    Plenty of humour, laughs, smiles and communication (and coffees and/or wines) with me along the way!

  • Practice makes perfect.

    A ceremony rehearsal at your wedding venue or alternate location with you and your bridal party (if required) to ensure everyone knows what their role is on your big day.

  • Down to the last detail.

    Use of signing table, chairs and table decorations for a complete personal touch for your ceremony.

  • The short answer is I can go wherever you’d like me to go! I’m based in the Millthorpe area but am available to travel to wherever you choose to get married. I am happy to provide you with a quote should you wish for me to travel outside of my local area. For more information, feel free to contact me.

  • I offer a range of celebrant packages to cater for all budgets. Please contact me and we can discuss what inclusions you would like, and I can provide you with a detailed quote to cater for your individual needs and requirements.
